Founder & CEO

Martin Ostrovsky is the founder and CEO of Repustate. It was while completing his MBA from the Schulich School of Business, Toronto, in 2009 that the idea of Repustate first germinated in his mind. It was a quest to simplify a complex problem with the help of machine learned automation.

”Repustate was started as a solution to a problem my professor had while I was doing my MBA. He worked in marketing for a toy company who had a large recall because of excess lead in the paint. They hired 50 people to manually monitor blogs to see if their PR efforts to assuage any fears were working. I said to him “Why hire 50 people? I can automate this for you”. That was our first customer and that’s how Repustate was started. Repustate = State of your Reputation”

Management Team

Martin Ostrovsky Founder & CEO

Martin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Repustate. He is passionate about AI, ML, and NLP and is responsible for guiding the strategy and success of all Repustate products by leading the cross-functional team responsible for developing and improving them. He sets the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for Repustate’s Global Text Analytics API, Sentiment Analysis, Deep Search, and Named Entity Recognition solutions. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from York University and earned his Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.

Nicholas Bianchi VP Growth

Nicholas oversees the creation of predictable, repeatable revenue at Repustate. He is a strategic business development expert specializing in B2B Growth Marketing including inbound and outbound lead generation. His experience and expertise span across SaaS, television advertising, and loyalty marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Cultural Studies from York University.

Annette Chacko Head, Digital Content & Strategy Worldwide

Annette heads Repustate’s Global B2B digital content and content marketing strategy for demand generation. She has in-depth experience in BTL advertising, brand communications, and business journalism. She has also spent over a decade in partner management and analyst relations in blue-chip IT environments. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Allahabad.

Deepinder S Rana Head, Digital Marketing & Strategy Worldwide

Deepinder leads Global Digital Marketing at Repustate. He has extensive experience in digital growth, market research, and product placement. He’s a strategist who loves the process of discovering and creating new things. Though he wears multiple hats, his primary focus is on expanding product visibility (and how to outsmart Google!). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA in Marketing & International Business from Panjabi University.

Mohammed Hajar Director, Business Development & Sales, Middle East & North Africa (MENA)

Mohammed focuses on Repustate’s growth and new collaborative initiatives in MENA. He has spent over twenty years in the Middle East centring on digital transformation and enabling public sector organizations to embrace cloud services. He has provided technology leadership and advisory to clients on high-impact initiatives and solutions in transportation, healthcare, government, and finance. He received his Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Western Ontario.
